Seattle gets another B99 PumpLaurelhurst Oil near University Village opened a cardlock pump which sells B99 produced by Seattle Biodiesel. In July '05 they added 24/7 access with major credit cards -- no special card is required. This is Seattle's second B99 pump with 24-hour access (Dr Dan's was the first but membership is required). About 70 biodiesel manufacturers and distributors have urged the IRS to broaden their interpretation of the term, and allow B100 to qualify for the Excise Tax Credit.
